2015 Cactus League – Arizona Spring Training
Based on the attendance records and number of games played last year, the 2015 Cactus League Spring Training season promises to be one of the best ever.
The Cactus League 2014 was a year for the record books, with almost 1.68MM fans attending and attendance per-game up in 2014. Almost every team posted increases in attendance. Although this was fewer than 2013 the simple reason is there were 5 fewer playing days in 2014.
The brand new Cubs Park drew record crowds and set a new record for Cactus League attendance with 214,815 fans over 15 games. While other Cactus League teams averaged 7,323 fans, the Cubs averages 14,254 fans per game.
The 2015 Cactus League is shaping up to be even better.
