Seligman Arizona

Seligman, Arizona is famous for Route 66 which winds down it’s main drag. Driving through Seligman is like taking a trip down memory lane. Many of the hotels and restaurants have retained the look and flavor of the time when Route 66 was ‘main street’ America. Seligman was founded in 1895 after the completion of the Peavine Railroad. The railroad and tourism from Route 66 were the main economic drivers until the late 1970’s when Seligman was bypassed by the Interstate.
